n. f. (DCI). Molécule de la famille des dihydropyridines, énantiomère (S) de l’amlodipine, modulateur allostérique qui agit sur les canaux calcium de type L. L’amlodipine est le mélange racémique des deux énantiomères (S) et (R).

Indiquée dans le traitement de l’hypertension artérielle et de l'insuffisance coronaire.
